Environmental Pollution
Our environment is our wealth, we should not lose the attractiveness of environment by pollution. We should treat our soil environment like our mother because our earth also nurtures us and shelters us. Will it be possible for us to survive if the climate is polluted? Different types of pollution are water pollution, soil pollution, noise pollution, land pollution, air pollution etc. Pollutants in the environment are called pollutants.
Major pollutants come from industry as factories release harmful and toxic gases into the atmosphere. It causes air pollution. Industrial waste is also dumped into water bodies, resulting in water pollution Other pollutants responsible for pollution are smoke from combustion, greenhouse gas emissions like carbon dioxide which are high in India.
Environmental pollution is increasing the global warming day by day, as a result of which the Antarctic ice is melting and harmful gases are also being released and destroying the whole earth. Animals are endangered, plants are also dying. Cutting down trees is one of the causes of environmental pollution. So instead of cutting trees, more and more trees should be planted to increase the beauty of the world. On June 5, we observe World Environment Day, so not only do we celebrate trees on that particular day, we should plant trees whenever we feel the need to do so.
We should also celebrate Van Mohotsav to spread the message that every person should plant a tree. It is the responsibility and commitment of every soul to preserve and protect our environment from pollution. There is another responsibility that we have to fulfill that we should not dump our waste material into river or sea water. By burning them we can produce biogas.
